I was very much looking forward for this to be delivered on Purim. I obviously was expected a high quality of service as I paid $50 for a small box of Hamentashen and Wine. The box was not delivered on Purim, it was delivered several days earlier, which was disappointing as I no longer got the mitzvah of Mishloach Manot now. In addition, the wine I selected was not the one that was delivered.
This is really disappointing as I’m sure you understand. I would be glad to order another one in the future, maybe on Purim, but essentially all of the value that I payed for was not received. For this reason I request that you kindly refund the cost of this order so I can spend the money in the way I intended.
